Choose a Financing Path

What could fit your business?

The use of funds, operating history, cash flow, ownership, and available contribution help determine which path deserves a closer look.

01

SBA 7(a)

A flexible path for eligible business purchases, working capital, equipment, certain debt refinancing, and owner-occupied real estate.

02

SBA 504

Primarily for owner-occupied commercial property and major long-term equipment. Working capital and passive rental investments generally do not fit this program.

03

Other business funding

If SBA does not fit the purpose or timing, we can discuss other business or real-estate financing paths based on the full request.
